ASSISTED LIVING

Heritage Estates features 60 apartment homes licensed by the state of California to provide assisted living services. These services are in addition to monthly rent and are based on an assessment of individual needs and preferences. Evaluation of services provided to each resident is conducted with the resident on a regular basis.

In addition to all the amenities and services included in our standard independent living rental package, residents in an assisted living apartment will also receive 24-hour oversight and care coordination from our Health and Wellness Staff. Whether your goal is improved health, maintaining your current lifestyle, or simply pampering yourself by taking advantage of our industry leading services, our professional staff will help you develop the ideal plan for you.

Wellness Coordination and Health Maintenance
Allow us to make your health care appointments, coordinate your spa services, or develop a PrimeFit fitness program specifically for you.

Personal Care Assistance
Maybe you want a little help putting together an outfit or styling your hair. Our staff is available day and night to help with grooming and wardrobe coordination. We will keep you looking your best.

Medication Services
Let us work with your physician and pharmacy to ensure all your medication needs are met. In addition, we will remind you when it is time to take your medications. It is easy to forget when your calendar is full of social opportunities.

Bathing Assistance
Our professional staff will create an environment that is comfortable and relaxing.
